It’s an exciting time at Modus as we roll out a fresh wave of updates to the platform, designed to make your knowledge management experience smoother, smarter, and more intuitive. We’ve been hard at work refining Modus based on your feedback, and we’re thrilled to unveil the latest features that are live now. These enhancements are all about empowering you to organize, access, and interact with your knowledge like never before. Stored Chat Conversations

Your conversations in Modus just got a major upgrade. We’ve introduced stored chat conversations, letting you view all your chats in a tidy, chronological list. Right-click any chat to rename or delete it, and simply click to jump back into the discussion. This feature is fully integrated into the chat workspace, making it effortless to pick up where you left off and keep your ideas flowing. You can even see how many questions and answers are in each conversation!

Documents - A New Way to Organize

Say farewell to the old note-box and tab system! We’ve deprecated them in favor of Documents, a sleek, drag-and-drop document tree now living in the left sidebar. This upgrade makes organizing your notes a breeze - nest documents, rearrange them with ease, and access everything you need in one intuitive spot. It’s all about giving you a clearer, more flexible way to structure your knowledge

Global Search Modal

Finding what you need has never been faster. Our new Global Search modal, accessible from the top left of the sidebar, lets you search your entire knowledge base with a few keystrokes. Powered by keyword search, it quickly pulls up documents, notes, and more, so you can zero in on exactly what you’re looking for without the hassle. Keyboard commands coming soon to prompt this to appear anywhere on the site!

Bug Fixes & UI/UX Improvements

We’ve been burning the midnight oil to polish Modus from top to bottom. This release brings a bunch of bug fixes and UI/UX enhancements - think sharper summary and chat outputs, faster site-wide loading times, and a more seamless, interactive experience. Our team’s relentless focus on the details means Modus feels snappier and more reliable than ever.
